The Initiative for Technology Evaluation, Cost‑effectiveness and Health Economics (ITECH) is established as a regional strategic academic and policy platform to advance health technology assessment (HTA), economic evaluation, patient-reported outcomes research and value‑based healthcare across Asia.

ITECH convenes leading experts in health economics, clinical sciences, pharmacy, economics, psychology, public health and policy to strengthen evidence‑informed decision‑making and promote sustainable and equitable healthcare systems. Through interdisciplinary collaboration and cross‑sector partnerships, the Initiative supports rigorous evaluation of health technologies, efficient resource allocation, and translation of research evidence into policy and practice.
