Hotel Reservation and Payment
All payment will be settled direct with the hotel individually by the registered delegates. Please register the symposium online so that the symposium secretariat can reserve the hotel room(s) for you according to the rate upon booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation of hotel reservation made after 28 August 2020 will result in the initial one night deposit being forfeited. If written cancellation is received on or before 28 August 2020, 50% of one night deposit will be charged to the credit card as handling fee.
