  • Online Registration

Delegates are strongly recommended to register online. Registration fee and hotel reservation can be made via Visa Card, MasterCard or UnionPay Online Payment.

  • Mail-in Registration
Please download and complete the registration form. Payment can be made by crossed cheque in Hong Kong dollars payable to “The Chinese University of Hong Kong”. Registration form and payment must be sent to:

Registration Entitlements

Each registered delegate will receive a registration confirmation by email.

Official receipt for the registration and certificate of attendance will be sent to each registered delegate by email after the Symposium.


Cancellation and Refund

Written notice of cancellation must be received on or before 31 August 2021 by email to the Secretariat. The registration fee, after deducting 50% administrative charge, will be refunded within two months after the Symposium.

There will be no refund for notice of cancellation received after 31 August 2021. However, replacement of participant is allowed, subject to approval of the Organizing Committee. Please send details of the replacement in writing to the Symposium Secretariat by 8 September 2021. No substitution will be accepted after 8 September 2021.
