Registration Procedures

  • Online Registration

Delegates are strongly recommended to register online. Registration fee and hotel reservation can be made via Visa Card, MasterCard or UnionPay Online Payment.

  • Mail-in Registration
Please download and complete the registration form. Payment can be made by crossed cheque in Hong Kong dollars payable to “The Chinese University of Hong Kong”. Registration form and payment must be sent to:

Registration Entitlements

Each registered delegate will receive a registration confirmation. With this confirmation, he / she will be invited to participate in the scientific sessions, exhibition, lunch symposiums and coffee breaks.

A copy of the programme book, and certificate of attendance will also be given to each registered delegate.

Cancellation and Refund

Written notice of cancellation must be received on or before 31 August 2017 by e-mail or fax to the Secretariat. The registration fee, after deducting 50% administrative charge, will be refunded within two months after the Symposium.

There will be no refund for notice of cancellation received after 31 August 2017. However, replacement of participant is allowed, subject to approval of the Organizing Committee. Please send details of the replacement in writing to the Symposium Secretariat on or before 8 September 2017. No substitution will be accepted after 8 September 2017.

Letter of Invitation

The Symposium Secretariat will provide a letter of invitation upon request. This letter is to facilitate delegate's travel and visa arrangements only. The invitation does not imply provision of any financial or other support.

Liabilities

All delegates and accompanying persons are responsible for their own medical, accident and other necessary insurance.
